Instructions for Use
- Pastasel Velvet Red
- Powder Mix – 1000 g
- Eggs – 400 g
- Liquid Oil – 200 g
- Water – 300 g
- TOTAL – 1900 g
Add 400 g eggs, 200 g liquid oil, and 300 g water to 1 kg Pastasel Velvet Red powder mix. Mix with a flat beater in a mixer for 1 minute on low speed, then 3-4 minutes on medium speed. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 160-165°C for 45-50 minutes.
